Salary
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 per month (For first two years) – Rs. 42,000 per month (For third year)
- Research Associate: Rs. 58,000 per month (For first two years) – Rs. 61,000 per month (For third year)
Qualification
- Junior Research Fellow: M.E./ M.Tech.. with First class in ECE/CSE/IT/ or Equivalent with minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized university / institute.
- Research Associate: M.E./M.Tech. with First Class in ECE/CSE/IT or equivalent, with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized university/institute, and a Ph.D. in ECE/CSE/IT
